yea but that port is on a body harness that i dont have lol,

also where in the world do i plug up the secondary o2 sensors at ???
and will it hurt anything if i bypass the heater valve? mine has sprung a leak
 
ok so apparently i cant pull codes on this motor without the diagnostic port fml
does anyone know what it is supposed to look like and where it is on the sc400
 
just a guess, but it's usually under the steering column on most cars. you ca grab the port itself off most any odb car
 
ok so i got my hands on the sc400 radiator
and its too wide to fit in the bay
now there are only two things i can think of to make this work
1 beat the rails till it fits
2 mount the hydraulic fan to my ge radiator and pray it all works out
any suggestions?
 
i removed the impellers/gears out of the hydro fan pump so it acts as a idler, then I used the stock radiator with nissan maxima fans. which blows around 4200 cfm with both fans on high.
 
update.
ok the car is now running with the sc400 radiator what wonders a BFH can create lol.
its running with the hydraulic fan and not overheating finally.

the issue now is that its running pig rich so i think i need to wire in those secondary o2 sensors so the ecu can balance out the afr's

i made custom radiator mounts out of the old ones in combination with the upper mounts so it would sit right lol its such a ghetto mod but it works and im happy with it lol ill be posting up pics on monday when i get back over to the car.

now to make a custom overflow bottle (this should be interesting)

anyone got any info on wiring in an safc2 for fuel control???
 
i would like to know how it wires into the 1uz harness (spoonfeeding i know lol)
cause im running rich enough to spit flames from my hollowed out cats
im also concerned as to why its running so rich to begin with
 
the 1uz runs pig rich from the factory as is.
But, once again gimmie a little time and I'll post up a diagram I did for the supra with a 7mgte. you should be able to extrapolate from there.

im actually gonna go ahead and make the 2 25 ohm resistors for the secondary o2 sensors as well
 
i have now made my little resistor pack and am ready to install it
hopefully this will be my first step to better fuel economy
after this then safc2
 
resistor pack installed and i adjusted the tps to lower the idle
now im chasing gremlins
im thinking i wired the check engine light wire up wrong
cause it just stays on and doesnt blink when i jumper the connection
 
nevermind my last post i ended up not needing it at all

i wired up the obd2 scan port and i pulled the codes
p0100
p0758
p1755
p1765
p0101
i know the first and last ones are the maf sensor circut
the rest are transmission codes
