1uz power dropping off after coming on boost

Make certain the air cleaner to turbo piping is ridgid and cannot collapse.
As the turbo increases inlet flow any restriction can create a partial vacuum.
This can cause flexible rubber tubing colapsing dramatically reducing inlet flow, spiking the pressure ratio taking the turbo out of efficiency or even choking off flow entirely.
I have seen this happen before and could give similar readings.

filter is attached to the inlet of the turbo, an airbox and piping would have been nice, but not enough space.
