SC400 1UZ-FE twin turbo advice needed !!

I decided to use the cartech FMU for my twin turbo application... I have tried to find a good piggyback but right now my funds wont permit it. I ended up selling the CT12a and i got a pair of T04e's.. I wanted to use the E manage but i spoke to a e manage expert and said i will have to experiment a lot with it to get it to run. He told me that I would have to have run Mitsubishi setup on the e manage for it to work on the 1uz and i have no idea how to do that. also i wanted to know if I had to do any Timing with my motor since i will be boosting it 6-8.3 psi? (8.3psi because my internal waste gates are set for that)
