I am planning an injector upgrade and have the choice of

440cc supra turbo (Denso 23250 42010) low impedance injectors (Slight mod required to lugs)

or

460cc Mazda (Denso 195500 2010) high impedance injectors (Full plug and play)

The ecu will run either but what are the advantages of either and will it be noticeable?

For big shooters (>1000cc's), low impedance has an advantage (but only when driven by proper Peak & Hold circuitry) in that the circuit can bang them open faster.

Big high impedance injectors tend to be sluggish, so idle suffers, as do emissions.

For the smallish sizes you're looking at, I don't think the low impedance injectors would have any advantage.

Most ECU's don't have the proper P&H circuits to drive low impedance injectors, so they get around it by using resistor boxes, however this is not the correct way to drive a low impedance injector.

I'd go with those RX7 injectors if I were you.
