Yes, I kept it auto with the Lexus trans to get through BAR. I asked the ref about it, and he confirmed a manual transmission would make approval a non-starter. While I'd probably prefer a 5-speed, the auto is just fine for my intended use of the car, which is just a nice unique daily-driver.
