1UZ-FE + R154 into Toyota Tacoma X-Runner

I'm about to do a engine swap after my original engine said GoodBye...
I've got the opportunity to buy an 1UZ-FE connected to a R154 transmission, complete with an Maxxecu engine management.
This kit was originally for an Nissan 200sx s13 driftcar that my friend have, but has only been standing as an backup and the engine and transmission have never been driving other than in their original cars.
Anyone in here that have make an swap with an 1UZ into a X-Runner?

You can buy engine mounts built for the swap if it will make it easier.

Will you try and retain the turbo/s?

I will probably manufactor the engine mounts by myself, time to learn how to weld
Have good friends around me that have made works like this before, so really looking forward to finally build something myself.
Working on what Turbo I will go with, aiming for around 400whp. Don't know what will be a good choice.
Most likely going to pick everything up this Friday
