Here's my project in it's early stages, engine etc is for mock up..

The turbo is a Borg Warner, Airwerks S475 with T6 flange. At presents the A.R is 1.32.. We'll see how well it spools with 4000 converter and transbrake..
With roll cage etc It shouldn't be too far over 1250 KG..

i really like the project. have you completed it or made any more progress? it looks alot like mine. Im gonna run the S475 or S480 still in the air. your headers give me some inspiration for the tight fit and still having 4-1 collectors.

Actually the S380 would be my choice for a street car..
I could have run the headers over the rocker covers..
Ha..I'm so use to making them on pushrods to allow access to spark plugs..
Yes the heads are being assembled now.
Waiting for the Craft [transmission co.] to ring me back on specs how I want 9" diff done..Been there for 3 months now !!!!
Going alloy case, std housing to reduce weight with full spool..With 35 spline Williams axles..3.45 ratio should be about right with 2 speed, 28" tyre..
