W5x Adapter to A34x Bellshousing

RN85R 2WD - 1UZ manual Conversion
Bought 1UZ setup with a W series adapter, thought it would bolt up to the G52, I was wrong.

So I bolted out and picked up a W57 for the right money.

Looked all good until I when tried to test fit the A341(i think) Bellhousing, 2 issues.
The bolt hole sizes are different between bell housing and adapter plate

The with the Adapter bolted up to the W57, the A341 bell fouls on the bottom bolt head.

I figure I will have to have the bolt holes widened on the adapter.
Then either dremel out the bell housing or ditch the bolt...Not real keen on either of those ideas.
Bolt holes sizing aside, is the above pictured bolt head fouling issue a common one?

all toyota automatic bellhousing bolt patterns and bolts are the same. also the same pattern/bolts on all volvo automatic transmissions as well. Whoever made this adaptor did a piss poor job of drafting it up. The top 4 bolts should be m10-1.5mm and the bottom two should be m12-1.75mm. also to make a w adaptor work on a g you just use a die grinder to remove the extra material from the center of the plate.
 
If I had of made it I would have made the spacer thicker, to accommodate/clear the input shaft housing bolt....
and the 2 bottom bolts that hit the bell would be recessed into the adapter.
The input shaft might not reach being thinker, but would just need a spigot bearing spacer and the kit would be straight bolt up.
But this is what I have, so i have to make it work.

I have a W series now, so I'm not looking to fit it up the the G series any more.
I checked the G Series bell housing, and the bolt hole sizes are the same size as the A341.
The bolts I have pictured there are from the G series? All M12 size holes with M10 bolts? Go figure?
