W56 .... R145 or W58 internals...?

Hey guys I've scored a free W56 box from work as i replaced it for a customer from being noisey etc.

I'm planning on building a Hilux with a 1uzfe transplant etc...

Anyone know if i can put supra internals into the W56 with out having to change the shafts etc. Also how many hp is a W56 rated for...:hypnotized:

W56 = 300 HP...not much more if any abused..

The R154 internals will deffinity not fit or work. The W58 internals should swap right in. As for as I know, All the W series are interchangable with other W series and the same goes for the R series, but not between the two series. I do know first hand the W58 gearsets fit the W57 and I am assuming that they will fit the 56 also.
