twin 2.5 inch uniflow intake

Finally got my intake unit fron the US & had fun fitting the part as the airflow meter had to be moved back 4-5 inches but fits & works a treat now!

WOW... nice.. so u convert the single intake into the dual? I have seen them around.... who make them?

I got this from over there in the US from memory it was R1 Racing concepts!

What's the advantage of 2 small airfilters over 1 large one? The molded lid looks good.

Have a look at the inlet to your airbox next to the radiator. Its about 2inches around if that compared to 3.25 inch twin foam filters!

Sorry, I meant 1 large pod filter compared to 2 small ones. Did the kit come with the molded heat shields or did you make those?

Have a look at the size of the standard airflow meter.
Its not *that* much bigger than the inlet to the airbox.

Doing one of the 'BFI' mods from planetsoarer.com is more than enough, and they cost about $15 tops.
