I can't speak for the AWShifting, or any of the other products mentioned on thie thread, but I can say that I have successfully wired in the PCS for e-shift and tested it while on jack stands, and it is shifting through all the gears. I am not using paddle shifters, but a stock Lexus GS steering wheel with up/down buttons. I have also integrated the stock Power/Snow button as the on-off switch for the manual vs automatic mode. So, everything looks stock, and works like e-shift should. Once I complete tuning, I will let you all know how it drives in real world driving.
