All sorted thankyou everyone.
The pressure plate suppied had only a 500 kg clamping force, thanks Castlemain rod shop for the heavy duty pressure plate!!!!!
The helpful clutch guy I found suppied a 950kg one out of the box for A$155. I now have it installed and it works a treat.

Ha, I only just saw this thread.

Matt, I used a CRS bellhousing, but laughed at the thought of a Hilux clutch, so I went somewhere else, and got a lighter flywheel, and a stronger clutch.
Its apparently 1800 or 2100 lbs (800-950 kgs).
I can't remember.
But hopefully, she wont slip.
