I remember taking down G35's all day on the freeway, just a high stall TC and a good full exhaust. The supercharger was in the works still. G37 is another story, add a header and a short runner manifod w/ tune and I can see a good battle. The engine is amazing for a V6, just read those come factory with titanium valves.
