SC400 1UZ smoke coming out PCV valves

I have a 92 Lexus Sc400 and quite suddenly smoke and oil began coming out the valve covers PCV valves. It comes out both sides really heavy. How can I narrow down exactly what is causing it. I know rings, valve seal, head-gasket, etc.. can cause this. But, how can i diagnose to find the true issue before tearing down an engine? I really need some help on this one.

go buy a leakdown tester. Then google a youtube video on how to use it.
