need to make bypass valve..any good close up pics of yours would be nice...give me a starting point on how to make one for not alot...

(have ideas,but not having seen one in the flesh so to speak not sure if good ideas..ie from motor cycle throttle body..)

mine will be "flying" ie not intergrated into sc.

thanks..but i cant view them..too big??am i doing something wrong..computers are not my thing...(atleast not pc's)
 
No reason why you couldn't use the manifold end of an old SU carby (for the butterfly) and a vacuum unit off an old Lucas distributer to drive it.

A little "Heath Robinson" and away you go.

I would think the valve would need to seal well or you would have leakage, but I guess as you're not chasing max boost it wouldn't matter too much.

Your biggest prolem would be geting the valve to open at the right psi.
