Oil cooler weirdness

Hey guys

so i have pull the front end of the truck apart to change fan belt and some general tidy ups as its been sitting under a tree for the last few months and noticed that the oil cooler was setup in a way i wasnt familiar with. opened the connections and it was still brand new inside.

(please note: the oil cooler and wiring was the only thing i didnt on the conversion)

heres a pic:



i know i can get a sandwich plate to connect to fit in the location on the oil filter and run the lights to the cooler. What i want to know is what are those lines its connected to at the moment??

Is that engine oil, fan or power steering ??

Its not an engine oil cooler. Its the hydraulic fan pump and it should be about ready to seize without any oil. Cheers

cheers guys,

read up about the 2uz from the 100 series idler will work or to plug it and strip the internals.
As i already have the standard belt and that it might be seized up anyway i will strip it out and plug it and put it back together.
