Help starting a 93 1UZFE for the first time

Thanks... I think I'm going to give it a go... at least to get to #1... the engine running phase.

I have the 2UZ, full harness along the auto it came with all connected and an H151 5 speed with the ECU that was on the truck that ran it (connected to a 2UZ)... so I suspect I have all (more than) i need to get this running.

He does have the complete bits, so the only concern is to get security things connected properly.

MY concern is knowing which bits will need to be addressed and what to do to "address" them.

Just be sure that the donor vehicle didn't have an immobilizer system, because if it did, you need the correct ECU and matched immob box, plus the matching keys & transponder ring from the ignition switch.

What does the "immoblizer box" look like...?

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! This is VERY EXCELLENT news!

So... How much time do you think you put into getting the wiring to this point that the truck will run - including research/learning etc?
