Grinding off rocker cover/head tab

Ive transplanted a 1uzfe with 350z 6 speed into an 89 starion widebody.
But to getthe engine where i REALLY want it i need to remove one of the tabs that is used to bolt the rocker cover to the head, as it fouls on the steering box.

Would this adveresely affect the sealing, i was going to add a little extra sealant tocompensate but surely at most its going to be just a little dribble that leaks ? ) the car will also have an hx40 bolted to it)

yeah i finished it, but i only ran it for a few minutes as the fuel return never got finished and bodged it shut. it made some nice noises as well as a serious power increase.
Had to sell it due to getting a job 400 miles from home and no place to store the car.
Im thinking about doing it again but this time using the whole jag setup, not really bothered about height anymore

glad you did it..shame you not get to use it...mine all done and going strong...want more ower though,so may go 7l diesel v8 or something..
