cold starting

howzit,i have a 4000 lexus in my 1986 hilux.problems starting when cold and even when it is hot it takes about 2-3 seconds to kick into life.could anyone help or does anybody know where the closest lexus dealer in southland,new zealand is.

give us some details - what ecu you running - if standard, have you got the cold start injector connected, did you do the conversion?

Is that the cold start inj in the middle of the intake manifold?? if so I see the it has two wires , one goes to a temp sensor on the front of the motor(green) AND the other wire (black/white) goes to the same sensor but links off to a dead end (has been cut) 1990 crown
I guess it would be the power souce? if so what is the voltage?
