Not within the ECU.

You can change the information it gathers or modify what it puts out with interceptors.

What are you trying to change?

i want to change the whole timing map to add a few degrees here and there at normal driving to increase fuel economy and/or gain a few hp on my 98...

right now.. i would love to do what i can do with my ls1 pcms

No Delphi codes there, but there is a company called splitsecond www.splitsec.com that has a couple controllers that will help, or Unichip, made by Dastek.

Contract Chris Nun. He has a Lexone ECU specifically for 98 LS400. The problem he would not make it just for one order. He needs 3 three orders or more. He dyno tuned with a piggyback and gained about 20 rwhp if my memory serve me correctly.
