A4W to A761E 6spd. Automatic Conversion

I bought the A761E 6spd. Trans and convertor to put behind an SC400 -
VVT.

Will this trans have any problem being run off the Factory SC400 ECM
- it still has the 'Black Box' on the side of the A761E trans.



This is all going into a 1981 AMC Eagle Kammback series50 Coupe.
