85 Toyota Celica swap

Anyone knows if the 1Uz -Fe will fit in my Toyota Celica? My celica is a 5-speer tranny. I hear the Lexus LS 400 and the GS 400 carry this engine.
But I don't know what year is the best fit. '89-'95?
Also, can it be possible to swap a 1JZ instead of the 1UZ one? Would I need to also replace the tranny since it would be a different engine?

What year model is your Celica?
