4000GT - MKIV Supra 1UZ turbo - update

The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.
ECU is some POS Kiwi thing ;-)

In truth i am well impressed as few have reached these levels on stock internals and survived for long.

The video quotes 331 whp, which one is correct ?
The top of the graph says 'flywheel hp' so it is an estimate at the flywheel ?

Dynapack allow to estimate flywheel power by using a TC factor over one. Mine is set to 1.0, meaning its WHP, no correction added. If I estimated enigne power at 15% loss, the TCF would be 1.15. But as you can see in this case TCF 1.0. Video also states that 331WHP is at 5psi. Latest tune at 456WHP is 13.xPSI. Cheers!

Hi, I just saw this post!

456rwhp using a 15% loss = 536hp flywheel

That is HUGE power on the "skinny" rods.

Unless you have upgraded I believe you are on borrowed time. Hate to see that block, crank and possibly heads and/or turbo ruined when a rod(s) cycle to failure.

Great results especially with the crappy SC400/Soarer exhaust manifolds. Bet it pulls like a train. Do you have a weight for the car?

Car is heavy... its a Supra afterall! The light car is the AE85 track car thats getting a cage as we speak :)

Umm headers are just the stock ones... not much to see! Here are some pics though.

... but like the idea of 600WHP
ha, i love that, you can never have enough power really, if you have 100, then you want 200 and so on, i have that disease too. so did you end up fitting those arp studs to run that 13 psi? gaskets ? nice work keep it up.

Hey mate, no the engine is unopened. Stock gaskets and head studs etc.

I will put the ARP studs and cometic gaskets in once the head is ready to go on. The head is slightly decompressed, so I am hoping for a nice safe 16-18psi on 98. That should see me in the 600WHP range.
