1uz-fe no injection pulse

Hi guys im strugling to get injector pulse i checked
1.timing
2. Fuel dampers
3. Wiring
4. Fuel pump
5. Spark
6. Earth
What els can be the problem because the injectors are getting power just no pulse

Injector pulse is created when the ECU switches the injector circuits to ground. It uses the same input signals as the ignition circuit (cam & crank sensors) to determine engine position, and then calculates which injector drivers (transistors) to switch on/off.

If you have ignition spark but no injector pulse, it would likely be either be a power supply or ECU issue.

Did you measure for 12v at each injector or at the fuse?
How are you checking for pulse?

OP never responded but I do have a question

I recently lost fuel to cylinders 1 and 3. I confirmed spark, but haven’t checked pulse with a noid light. 92 LS400 so group firing. Are these even in the same group? Let me know your thoughts on how to proceed with the diagnosis steps.

Not sure if 1 and 3 are in the same group but diagnosis is fairly simple.

Remove the connectors and test the pins - one pin should have 12v with ign switched on, the other should have less than 1 ohm of resistance back to the corrosponding ECU pin.
