oil

Anyone know what is the medium oil temperature during a moderately boost car? I got some heavy duty industry oil return line. I wonder if they can with stand the heat. They are high temp rated.

Does anyone know what sort of oil pressure a 1uz should have? My 4runner gauge said it was running about a 1/4 the way up the gauge, know the engine is dead seems like it run dry in the top end, so if anyone can help (so it doesn't happen again) i would be very appeciative. cheers Mico

Ok, time to brainstorm guys. I've a '94 Toyota 4Runner which now sports a 1UZFE engine. I'm using the existing radiator off the V6 for the time being, but occasionally the engine runs warm. It was bad last week, which I traced to an airlock, which solved it mostly. It ram a little warm today...

Hello people, I am considering the 1uz for sale. It had low oil pressure when the guy started it. My intial thought was the oil pump, but I have been advised that this is highly unlikely. Someone also suggested a cracked block or bad bearing. Any ideas to what it might be? I appreciate it...

Have a fitted oil pressure gauge to the crown 131 engine i have fitted in to a70 series land crusier . But is cranking out 60 +lb can any one tell me where the oil pump pressure releif vavle is located . cheers michael

Hi, I swear there was a thread for this around, but I couldnt find it. How do I go about getting an oil supply for a turbo from the motor? I was thinking about a closed loop setup similar to the one CAPA sells with their supercharger kits for Commodore and Falcons. Any help would be apprieciated
