Sounds like you've got a loose connection somewhere, maybe the 12v supply to the injectors? You need to hook up your tacho, one of the igniters will have an extra wire, connect this wire to your car's tacho.

EGR and EVAP stuff deleted, all open vacuum ports plugged, running factory ECU and it starts and idles perfectly. Video showing off remote start alarm....:D http://s8.photobucket.com/albums/a41/toyosurfer/?action=view&current=Lex7remote.mp4

Thats part of the EVAP system, the item above it is part of the EGR system. You can junk it all as it's not required for the UK. Here's an engine I completed last Christmas, it had all the same junk as yours. I unplugged everything that wasn't needed and just sealed the open ends of the plugs...

Depends how you've wired it through the ECU, it might not be getting full voltage hense no WOT power. I'm in south Wales, NP11. Can't afford the time away from the house at the moment, too many things going on. You're welcome to come here though, would be a lot easier.

You'd be better off wiring the fuel pump seperately like I showed you before. At least then you'll know your getting maximum fuel delivery/pressure.

How have you wired to fuel pump?

If it's gradually dropping down before cutting out then it sounds like it's a fuel delivery problem. What type filter are you using? Any fault codes?

    Ignition key lock malfunction

Try pushing the gear lever further forward in Park as you try and remove the key, or see if you can remove it in Neutral.

Is the battery OK? Use a multi meter on the battery to check if the alternator is charging the battery, like this..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWF79W5JOEk&feature=related

truck will idle and run fine untill i floor the pedal?????

I don't know how or by whom your truck was wired, but try wiring the fuel pump like this..... http://www.lextreme.com/forums/showpost.php?p=130729&postcount=7 At least you'll know if it's an ECU problem as the fuel pump won't be relying on any signals?

Is the fuel pressure and volume OK? What size/style exhaust do you have fitted?

You can take an ignition feed from the back of the ignition switch, just put an in-line fuse near the ignition.

The black/red needs an ignition feed to switch the alternator on. Yellow goes through a 7.5A fuse to the charge light on the dash. White wire goes to battery through a 30a or 40a fuse.

    Variety of issues

Yellow wire on the Lexus alternator (pin #1 on the plug) should go to the charge light on the dash. The black/red wire (pin #2) goes to a 7.5a fuse thats 'hot' when the engine is running or cranking. The white/blue wire (pin #3) goes to the battery through 40a fuse. The thick white wire/s go...

Yes, the ECU needs at least eight starts of the engine to learn and store everything (preferable up to temp) and settle down. Every time you disconnect the battery it has to start over. I wire the fuel pumps using a five pin relay like this: 30---FUEL PUMP 86---TO OIL PRESSURE SWITCH...
