We are proud to come up with this product. Its not only a product we can use, but also a product we can afford. I know there is site selling them for $1,300 per set. We did lots of R&D and found these springs to work well with stock or slightly modified engines. These springs will work on all UZFE family engines. From 1UZFE to 3uzfe and from 1990 to 2006.
We have done lots of research on this. My engine builder and I came up with these springs. They are rated at 82 lbs seat pressure and 123 lbs lift pressure at stock cam lift. Please see data below. These springs will work on ALL UZFE engines from 1990-2006.
We have them available for the public at $250 per set (32 springs). Shipping will be $10 to anywhere.
These springs will work with stock retainers, locks and cams. These springs even work with modified 2uzfe cams with .400″ lift. (stock is .310 lift”) without coil binding.
Below are some pictures of the springs. The last two pictures show the spring compressed rate at 1.360″ (which is seat pressure). The rate of life for these springs is 140 lbs.
We finally figured out what we need to get those valve into our beloved Toyota and Lexus heads. Our oversize stainless steel valves are being use by many high performance import cars and they are making mega horsepower with these valves. These oversize valves are not made for Toyota or Lexus, rather we cross referenced them according to their specifications against our current 1,2 & 3uzfe heads. These stainless steel valves are machined to match according to customer horsepower goal. Here is what we are offering:
1UZFE: (1989 – 1997) 1UZFE VVTi, 2UZFE & 3UZFE: (1998-2006) Depending on cam specifications our oversize stainless valves will machine accordingly. So every set is custom made according to customer desire in relationship with cams specifications. |
