will stock 1uz benefit from modified exhaust?

thats basically it.

if i change the exhaust on a stock sc400 so that it has better airflow and has a little rumble to it, will it have any increase in the horse power?

More than likely but it won't be a huge gain...add headers and you'll get more again.
