Which is better for off the line performance?

We all hate the horrible 0-60 times and the fact that our cars can be taken by smaller engines. Which is better for improving off the line performance a Suprastick or high stall TC?

High stall converter set to 3200rpm stall speed that's the way i would go and launch at 1800-2000rpm.
