where does the small water pipe on the thermostat housing go to ?

On the thermostat housing there is a small rubber pipe - I disconnected mine and cant remember where it went ! its the pipe with the arrow towards it in the attachment - searching only shows me pics of this connected and nothing to show where it goes ? my gut feel tells me it goes to the back of the engine - is that right ?

This water hose goes to the intake manifold. Connected under the ISC valve. ​

It flows hot water through the Throttle body to be precise.

You can block it off if you don't live in a freezing area.

I will block it off - but where does other end go to then ? (on the throttle body to the heater hose area ? ) I have got richwood manifold and I tossed my std intake (stupid) I know
