Pls see cold start post..
But..what would cause iacv to wind shut when left for ages..or wind shut when cold on starting??
Symptons..when warm on start up iacv open..ie revs high .very quickly drops..as it should.
Leave over night..no open.wont start unless throttle applied..then winds open to give high tickover as it should..leave for say 4 hrs to cool startsas it should..but any longer and no start..
So something winding iacv closed when left...ecu temp sensor is ok i think..cos when cold ecu knows to richen fuel up lots...
