What fluid to use for hydraulic fan clutch?

The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.

This sounds stupid after I just did the fan swap and all, but I don't feel like running to the Toyota dealership for ATP fluid, does anyone know if tranny or powersteering fluid can be used instead?

It should be power steering fluid for the hydraulic pump. But I'm really forgot what it is when I disconnected a few months ago. However, if it's yellow, it's powering steering fluid. If it's red, then it's tranny fluid. It's available at any auto parts stores.

ATP fluid will work fine, thanks guys....

What does the cap on the power steering resevoir say?

I would use what it says on the cap if I was you
Same with the tranny you must use the right oil

The cap says "Engine Fan FLuid" and it was red in color when I drained it. So I will use the ATP fluid....thanks
