Water Feed to Turbos

Hi All,
Where is the best place to take a water feed to my turbo's from, I was thinking of the hose that went to the oil filter ?, or can I put a hose reducer in on of the rad hoses.

T off heater hose and return back to header tank...
Any coolant hose from high pressure to low pressure ...

use the bypass circuit that that throttle body and idle valve uses.
