Vvti turbo tips.

Hi. I’m looking to start and get bits to turbo my 98 vvti.
Was going to look a set of rods from a early 1uz and use my piston. But if I’m going to strip it I only want to do it the once. Haha I hope
not shere what brands to go for and what to stay away from. any tips would help and things not to do.
only thing I have got Is the turbo. Hx35w. Not shere if it’s big anuff. Got it free from a friend

There was a group buy f Ross pistons about 15 years ago so they do or did make them.

Never heard any bad reports on them.
