Vvti injector upgrade

Can the standerd ecu work with any other fuel injectors.
was going to change my injector seals as one is lecking a bit.
was going to get new injections as the engine is 98 and has 160k on it but was thinking if there is any batter ones that can be fitted.

I have verified and am running Tacoma 312cc injectors

23250-75050 on my 93 Sc400 together with an FMU however I am unaware of compatibility of vvti models
