Wanted URGENT - Alt plug requd

Hey all,

I accidently tossed out the black round plug that goes into the back of the alt (the one that carries Ig, L, S). The guy I own the car with is about ready to provide me with death by gúnjy.

We're going to be firing the car on the weekend with temp plugs but will need the proper plug for it before we test.

If anyone can help I'll gladly send them good karma, as well as covering costs plus a bit more.

Most RWD toyota alternators I've looked at in the mid/late 80's share the same plug.

My 1986 Cressida and 1984 Soarer have the same plug.
I know the 1988 Supra has the same plug as well.

Gary,

Drop the serp belt and give it a run.

The belt won't do anything whist the Buggy isn't drivable.

We'll find you a plug.

Post a pic of the socket, if anyone has a plug to match they can get it in the post ASAP. I might have one but im in the Uk, It may take a while to get to you .

I wired it up on the weekend using femal blades - will still need plug, but not that urgent. Worse is that I couldnt pick up an RPM signal! arghh!!!!

but i dont hang round here anymore cause im sick of forums
