ucf11 1uz AFM. Part number

hi. i bought a ucf11 celsior halfcut which doesn't have a AFM, all the places i have rung to get one from need the part number to match it up.

1: are the AFM's different between soarers, crowns and ls400's.

2: can somebody have a quick look at their celsior and tell me their AFM part number. should be 22204-42011 or something, similar.

22250-50030 is the number on my UZZ31 Soarer HOUSING.
I'm not sure what the number on the black box on the housing is.
