Tundra 2UZ turbo kits

Hi All,
I would like to turbocharge my 2001 tundra. I also plan to give it a new bottom end and lower comp ratio pistons to handle the increased boost. I have begun doing research into options, but have come up short on turbo kits, engine management and transmission options. I know STS in the past had offered bolt on kits for the 2 UZ-FE but it appears they no longer offer or make them. What other options are out there for tundra turbo kits?

J1000, is this a piggyback unit, or does it do it all? Are you using the factory ECU for the box? Is it auto or manual?
