The factory repair manuals are available new from the dealer for a hefty price. I buy mine on ebay now that I don't work at Toyota anymore.

Nearly everything Toyota has technically, can be found at http://www.techinfo.toyota.com/ but it's by subscription only, which is several hundred dollars per year. This is a great resource and I've used it in the past.
Subscriptions cannot be shared by several individuals, as the site recognises only one computer per subscription. I'm not even sure if a laptop could be used to access it from two different locations.
