trouble code speed sensor SC400

Been a while,


My 94 SC-400 is telling a computer that my Dr front and Pass rear speed sensors need checking.

My ABS and TRAC are both off because of this.

What I need to know is how might I be able to check them myself?

resistance between speed sensor terminals should be 600-1800 ohms on the front and 600-1700 ohms onthe rear sensors resistance to earth should be 1 megohm+
