I got because I was in a rush to get the front crank. After I got it, my package arrived. So I have no use for it. Its a brand new set and here is what is included:

1 BELT IDLER BEARING (MAKE IN JAPAN) KOYO
1 BELT TENSIONER BEARING (MAKE IN JAPAN) NSK
I paid 185 plus shipping of $23 dollars. Out of the country $55. I am offering the same deal for any buyer. I only have one set. If you buy these parts from any Lexus dealer in the USA it would cost $353 plus tax. You basically save $168. I got such a good deal on it because my friend Alex have hook ups. Please let me know asap.
