Came here looking for Diagnostic help on getting 12v to FP. So far I suspect the
ECM. But it's a labor love experience for now..when it becomes a money pit is when I get skirmish.
Typically from BMW and Volvo world. Now I have to stop thinking "Over Engineered" and think....."What?"...scratching head! CAUSE I HAVE NO DOCUMENTATION TO TROUBLESHOOT WITH!!! LOL.

If you think you have an ECM (ECU to us) problem try swapping them over between cars and see if the problem follows the ECU or stays with the faulty car.

You've then eliminated one component from the check list.
