What to look for when buying such an old car?

How much could go wrong with such an old lexus

but i would still like everyones opinions..

here in Melbourne Victoria Australia i have found lots of 1990 and 91 model cars but no 92 93 or 94

so my options are rather limited...

the smaller brakes and tires can be upgraded if they already havent been by the previous owner...
