steering auto retract

Hey guys, i can manually move my column where i want it up down, in out, but the auto retract function doesn't work when i pull out the key, nor does it come out and down when i put the key in. Any ideas?

Do you still get the chime when you leave the key in and open the door ?

This might seem silly,but you haven't switched of the auto button by accident or otherwise have you ?

Mine for some reason retracts and does all its functions when I unhook the battery but once I set it it won't move AT ALL until I unhook the batt again.
