I've bought a ford courier with a supercharged 1uz with the stock auto transmission, bullet smart chip ecu. i can manually get 1st gear and 2nd gear, but in drive it just breaks out into neutral. the cable driven speed sensor on the transmission had damaged wires which cannot be repaired. under the dash is an auto meter of which brand i don't know, it only says c 6100. the speed sensor case has le 500 su on it.
where can i buy a cable driven sensor, thread diameter 21 mm.?
what pulse rate?
will i have to re programme the auto meter thing?
