The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.
How did you find that went, what boost did you run? I nearly M90'ed a 2JZ but decided to scrap the project in the end.
Not possible!
The SLK55AMG is N/A. My wife has one and how I wish it were supercharged!
The E55 or SL55 is a different story.
Both these vehicles run fairly low boost so I can't see you getting 20psi out of one.
An Opcon (the noise they make aside) would be a better way to go and has been done before numerous times.

He means the blower that went on the M113 ML55 motor - you know, S55, SL55, E55, etc. blower. Its a hefty unit. Here's a link to an ebay auction:
