size/weight 1UZFE?

Hi!
im a newbie to this forum and to the 1UZFE (as of tonight lol!)
but i have loved the sound of everything i have heard about them
and i was wondering if anyone knows the weight and size of them
as i am looking for an engine to put in my RA28 celica and size
and weight are both big issues for me! does anyone have any idea
how hard it would be? and how much they are worth!(not a worry
if its the RIGHT engine!)

About 175kg, give or take.

about 680ish from bellhousing to tip of crank pulley

From memory my Soarer engine is 635mm from bellhousing flange to the front of the harmonic balancer.

Just measured mine an 635mm yes.

It must be around 680 to the front of the fan.

Thanks for that, I would be particularly interested in the length, Front bellhousng to output shaft, and the width of the box horizontally.

Hey, awesome to see you want to do this. I have a 77 celica gt ra29, and i was going to do this. Then i bought a 92 sc400 instead and i love them both. I'm busy this week and into next, but after that i can put my cars side by side and do some measurements to see if it looks possible.
