Hi guys! Want to replace old all-alloy Rover V8 with new all-alloy Toyota/Lexus V8. Early indications are good size-wise, and the concept is immensely appealing. Please let me know if I've missed something obvious as I know relatively little about the conversion process re.the Lexus motor!

theres a dude on this board thats done a tr8 1uz, looks neat, only thing you will miss will be the lovely ex note from the rover, the 1uz isnt deep an rumbley like the rover

Would be way cool to speak to that guy and see what he has been through. I am going more for a Euro feel, so that rumble might not be a big loss. I'll be experimenting with that.
