I need to remove the traction control from my engine , i dont need it and want to smarten the engine up a bit. Ive bought a throttle body and upper plenum and will swap them out , which should take care of the mechanical side of things. How can i trick the ecu and keep it happy? Thanks Phil

I would just take out the fuses for the trac system, then the system thinks its working but it really isnt sending anything from the ECU. If thats triggering dash lights the next step would be fitting a resistor into the TRAC plug. However david would be the man to ask about the specifics on that one! good luck bro.
