removing 1uz-fe from ls400 1991

hi..need my engine out! my mates gonna remove it (i bought car for engine,he removes engine puts rest of car as parts on ebay,he keeps any money)

he is stuck(ish) i have no time to help (busy building up car its going in,working and family),so can anyone give a quick breakdown of engine removal i can pass on to him, ie what has to come out and any difficulties he may come across..

Remove battery
Pull dash apart, unplug engine loom from ecu/dash loom, pull loom through firewall into engine bay
Disconnect power steering lines
Disconnect aircon lines (assuming there is no gas in the system)
Disconnect Hydro fan lines
Disconnect tranny oil cooler lines
Unplug AFM/Ignitors
Remove intake piping
Disconnect various hoses (charcoal canister, brake booster)
Disconnect alternator
Disconnect cruise control and throttle cables

Support motor with engine crane
Get under car
Unbolt driveshaft from gbox
Unbolt tranny crossmember
Unbolt exhaust
Unbolt engine mounts

Remove engine with tranny attached.


Pretty sure that covers it.
